TOWN OF HORTONIA OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WISCONSIN ORDINANCE AMENDING TOWN OF HORTONIA ZONING ORDINANCE The Town Board of the Town of Hortonia, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, with quorum present and upon proper notice, having conducted a public hearing and received a recommendation of the Plan Commission hereby ordains the following amendments to the Town of Hortonia Zoning Ordinance: The table in Section 17.3.06 (E) as it related to Accessory Structures in the Rural Estate District is amended to read: Accessory Structure//Combined Area Maximum for all Accessory Structures excluding Transitory Structures//3% of the total lot area The table in Section 17.3.07 (E) as it related to Accessory Structures in the R-1 Residential District is amended to read: Accessory Structures//Combined Area Maximum for all Accessory Structures excluding Transitory Structures//3% of the total lot area The table in Section 17.3.08 (E) as it related to Accessory Structures in the Transitional Residential District is amended to read: One Accessory Structure, excluding Transitory Structures//Combined Area Maximum for all Accessory Structures excluding Transitory Structures//3% of the total lot area All other provisions of the Town of Hortonia Zoning Ordinance remain in full force and effect. The Town Clerk and Town Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all action necessary to incorporate this amendment into the Town's Zoning Ordinance.
