TOWN OF HUMBOLDT BROWN COUNTY WI LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the Town of Humboldt Community Center, the Plan Commission and Town Board of the Town of Humboldt will conduct a joint public hearing on a proposed new code of ordinances for the Town, which includes all of its general ordinances. A list of the ordinances in the proposed code, and copies of those ordinances are available for public inspection and can be obtained by contacting Town Clerk Judy Baierl at 920-863-3370. The joint hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Following the hearing, the Plan Commission intends to make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding adoption of the code of ordinances. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at its regular business meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Humboldt Community Center, the Town of Humboldt Town Board intends to receive the recommendation of the Plan Commission and take final action on the code of ordinances.
