TOWN OF HYDE PARK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park shall hold a public hearing regarding the petition from attorney Warren Replansky, ESQ., pursuant to Local Law No. 1 of 2025. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the petition and to receive public comments in accordance with the requirements of the law. The public hearing will take place on October 20th, 2025, at 6:05p.m. at the Hyde Park Town Hall, located at 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York 12538. All persons desiring to be heard on this matter shall be given an opportunity to do so at the said public hearing.
