PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park shall conduct a public hearing, with the purpose of considering the request for height variation for Buildings 3000, 3100, 3200, and 3300 within The Bellefield Phase 4 Development, on November 10, 2025 at 6:05 pm at the Hyde Park Town Hall, located at 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York 12538. All persons desiring to be heard on this matter shall be given an opportunity to do so at the said public hearing.
