REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Sealed proposals will only be accepted at the Town Clerk's Department, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida 33458 for:
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION RFP# PR 2026-02
Until 1:00 PM., Local Time, November 13, 2025 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in Community Room #108, adjacent to Town Council Chambers. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in accessible electronic format, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as:

The general nature and scope of this project is:
The Town of Jupiter, Florida desires bids to establish a pool of qualified vendors for the purchase, design and installation of playground equipment, amenities, playground surfacing, fabric shade structures, and outdoor fitness equipment, and relevant site work as specified in the project scope.
Bid Documents will be available on October 13, 2025 through Open Bids-DemandStar at www.demandstar.com for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter.
All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Kristin George, Director of Parks and Recreation, in writing by email (kristing@jupiter.fl.us) with the Project Name in the subject of the email. Clarification and changes to the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through www.demandstar.com.
