TOWN OF KENNEBUNKPORT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Kennebunkport Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Village Fire Station on the following proposed amendment to the Kennebunkport ordinance – Part 1 General Ordinances, Article I Dock square shuttle and parking, Chapter 160- 4 C. Dock square shuttle and parking. C. Real estate property taxpayer voucher hours allowance system. The Board of Selectmen shall provide for the distribution of five tickets/vouchers 5 hours of free parking per year at the Dock Square Parking Lot to each distinct real estate property taxpayer that will enable each distinct real estate property taxpayer one hour of parking per ticket/voucher at the Dock Square Parking Lot; such tickets/vouchers allowances will be valid only in the year that they are issued and attached to two plates per household (the same plates as Goose Rocks Beach permits if also purchased.
