Town of Lake Park Invitation to Bid 120-2026 Construction of Reinforced Concrete Pad for Enclosed Heavy Equipment Storage Structure 12th Street, Lake Park, Florida The Town of Lake Park is requesting written bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, traffic control, testing, and incidentals necessary to construct a reinforced concrete pad for a proposed enclosed heavy equipment storage structure on 12th Street, Lake Park, Florida. The Town intends to construct a reinforced-concrete pad to support a proposed enclosed heavy-equipment storage structure. The proposed pad shall measure approximately 30 feet by 60 feet and shall consist of a full 12-inch-thick reinforced concrete slab constructed over existing ground. No major excavation is anticipated. However, the selected contractor shall be responsible for verifying field conditions and providing all site preparation necessary to achieve a stable, level, and properly compacted subgrade and base. The slab shall be designed and constructed for an enclosed heavy equipment storage facility. The work shall be performed in accordance with signed and sealed engineered plans, as required by the Town and permitting authority. The Town of Lake Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received in response to this Invitation to Bid, cancel or revise this Invitation to Bid at any time before award, and negotiate final terms, including pricing, quantities, and project phasing.
