The Town of Lancaster's Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing via zoom and in the Nashaway Meeting Room, the Prescott Building 2nd, floor, 701 Main Street, Lancaster, MA, on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following:
A petition by RFK Community Alliance, 971 Main Street Lancaster, MA for the following:
Request for a Site Plan review pursuant to §220-34 and for a Stormwater Management Permit pursuant to §170 (Stormwater Management) relative to the construction of a new maintenance shop to be built on the Doctor Franklin Perkins School campus. The proposed construction is a 3,400 square foot building with six new parking spaces and the installation of stormwater infiltration devices.
The property is located at 971 Main Street, Lancaster, MA, in the residential district, and is identified on the Town Assessor's office as Map 34, Parcel 132.
