The Lancaster Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing via Zoom and in the Nashaway Meeting Room, Lancaster Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Prescott Building, 701 Main Street, Lancaster MA, on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A petition by Edward Tierney, Clinton, MA 01510 (owner and applicant), for the following:
A request for a Variance relief from the Town of Lancaster's Zoning Bylaw §220-11.A(1) to construct a garage and mudroom within the front yard setback and from §220-11.B(4) within the side and rear yard setback.
The proposed site is located at 34 Harkins Street, Clinton MA 01510, however a portion of the property is in Lancaster and therefore falls under Lancaster Zoning Bylaws. The site is zoned in a district identified in the Town of Lancaster Bylaw as Residential and is identified by the Town Assessor as Map 45 Parcel 30.
