TOWN OF MILLBURY FY 2022-23 CDBG Hearing Public Hearing – Tuesday, December 9, 2025 6:00 PM Millbury Municipal Office Building, Selectmen's Meeting Room 127 Elm Street, Millbury The Millbury Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing during its scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Millbury Municipal Office Building, 127 Elm Street, Selectmen's Meeting Room. The hearing will review the status of the activities funded through Millbury's FY 2022-23 Community Development Block Grant, a $1,350,000 award. These include 1) construction and engineering oversight of water, sewer, stormwater drainage and pavement infrastructure improvements in a residential neighborhood on northern Maple Street, and 2) construction and architectural oversight of roof insulation and related improvements at the Millbury Senior Center. The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) provides grant administration and project management assistance to the Town of Millbury. All persons and organizations with questions or comments will have an opportunity to be heard.
