TOWN OF MISHICOT NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF MANDATORY RECYCLING ORDINANCE 2026-02 Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Mishicot, at its June 1, 2026, monthly town board meeting, enacted Ordinance No. 2026-02. The purpose of this ordinance is to promote recycling, composting, and resource recovery through the administration of an effective recycling program, as provided in s. 287.11, Wis. Stats., and Chapter NR 544, Wis. Administrative Code. This ordinance is adopted as authorized under s. 287.03(3)(b), Wis. Stats.
