TOWN OF MORRISTOWN MORRIS COUNTY, NJ NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances published herewith by title were introduced and passed upon first reading at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Morristown, in the County of Morris, NJ, held on November 13, 2025. They will be considered for final passage at a meeting of said Town Council on December 9, 2025 at 7:30PM at which time formal action may be taken. ORDINANCE O-44-2025 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MORRISTOWN CREATING CHAPTER 31, ENTITLED "PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS" Purpose: To create a new Chapter 31 of the Town Code of the Town of Morristown At the date and time stated for further consideration, a public hearing shall be held where all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard concerning this ordinance. The time and date for further consideration of this ordinance is subject to amendment by the Town Council of the Town of Morristown. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said ordinance will be made available in the Office of the Town Clerk located at 200 South Street, in said Town, to the members of the public who shall request same.
