TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Brian J. Farrow of Norwell, MA for a project involving the replacement of a commercial leaching field that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area located at 400 Washington Street in Norwell, MA (Map 18B, Block 34, Lot 5). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
