Legal Notice
Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a:
- Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Gordon Pulsifer of Norwell, MA for a project involving the raze & rebuild of a single-family house that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 61 Bridge Street in Norwell, MA (Map 22A, Block 68, Lot 38).
- Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Michael Ruh of Norwell, MA for a project involving the razing of a deck & patio with a rebuild to connect them, that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 20 Forest Street in Norwell, MA (Map 21A, Block 58, Lot 16).
- Notice of Intent submitted by Eli Adams of Marshfield, MA for a project involving a septic system installation, driveway & work associated with a single-family home that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 0 Summer Street in Norwell, MA (Map 3A, Block 10, Lot 1).
- Notice of Intent submitted by the Norwell Conservation Commission for a project involving the installation of a fish ladder at Jacobs Pond that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 2 Main Street in Norwell, MA (Map 19A, Block 28, Lot 8 and Block 53, Lot 1).
All hearings start at 7:00pm.
