TOWN OF ORANGETOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown, duly adopted at a meeting held on September 30, 2025, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board on November 18, 2025 at 7:05 pm, on a proposed Local Law, amending Chapter 43 "Zoning" Article IV "Additional Use Regulations" to establish a new §4.7 entitled "Multifamily Dwelling Community – LI Floating Zone".
