Town of Orchid Notice of Special Meeting The Town Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. or shortly thereafter, at Town Hall (9301 A1A, Suite 201, Vero Beach, FL 32963) to review the building permit fee schedule. The agenda will be posted online at www.townoforchid.com. Copies and supporting documents are available at Town Hall during regular business hours. All interested parties may participate in the meeting. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
