Town of Princeton Notice of Public Hearing Zoning Board of Appeals Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section VI, 1. (E), the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Senior and Community Center, 206 Worcester Road on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM to hear the petition of Matthew Kmieczak applying for a Variance seeking relief from front setback requirements or any other relief deemed necessary by the Board. The property is located at 345 Mirick Road, Assessors map #1.0, Lot #5. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
