Town of Princeton Public Hearing Notice Planning Board Notice is hereby given that the Princeton Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to General Laws Ch. 40A sec. 5 at the Princeton Senior Center, 206 Worcester Road, Princeton, MA 01541 on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. on proposed amendments to the Princeton Zoning By-Laws relating to home occupations: Section III.1.(G)(b)(uses in Residential-Agricultural Districts - home occupations), Section XVIII.1.(A)(1) (home offices), Section XVIII.1.(A)(3) (home business workshop) and Section XVIII.1.(B)(2) (special permits for certain home occupations. The public hearing will also include a proposed amendment to adopt a new Section VII.5 (Design Criteria for Common Driveways). The proposed amendments may be reviewed at Princeton Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend.
