Application #LUP2-2026 by Anne Ferris, property located at 5818 Military Rd., Remsen, NY 13438. Ms. Ferris would like to split off 5 acres of her property to gift to a relative but lacks the 300' road frontage required in Section 440, Schedule B of the Land Use Regulations and is seeking a Variance. The above application is open to inspection at the Municipal Office Building, 8916 N. Main Street, Poland, NY.
