Town of Sandwich Cemetery Repairs The Town of Sandwich is soliciting sealed bids for the repairs to the walls, gates and misc. metal works at the Cedarville and Old Town Burying Grounds as per the plans and specifications. The locations are 3 Ploughed Neck Rd, East Sandwich, MA 02563 for Cedarville and Grove St, Sandwich, MA 02563 for Old Town Burying Grounds. A pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday November 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM. All interested parties shall meet at the Sandwich Municipal Building, 100 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563 at 9:45 AM in the main lobby to sign in, as there will be several sites to visit. Plans and specifications will available Monday November 10th, 2025 after 11:00 AM and are available by contacting Brian Schlegel, Director of Public Facilities at bschlegel@sandwichmass.org. The sealed bids shall be opened and read aloud on 12/1/2025 at the Town of Sandwich Municipal Building in the Main Level meeting room, that is adjacent to the Selectmen's Office, located at 100 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563 at 11:00 AM. In the event of an emergency prohibiting the bid opening on the listed date, such as a storm or other unforeseen emergency that results in the Municipal Building being closed the bids shall be opened the next business day, 12/2/2025 at 11:00 AM, in the same location and the same time.
