TOWN OF SPENCER Public Hearing - March 30, 2026 6:00 PM McCourt Social Hall 157 Main Street, Spencer, MA FY 2026 Town of Spencer CDBG Application The Spencer Board of Selectmen will conduct a Public Hearing on March 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM at McCourt Social Hall, 157 Main Street, Spencer, MA and via virtual meeting. For information on Board of Selectmen meetings, please visit: https://www.spencerma.gov/board-selectmen. The public is encouraged to attend this hearing to discuss a FY 2026 application by the Town of Spencer to the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities for up to $950,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds. Projects currently under consideration include 15 Wall Street Demolition, and/or Pearl Street Improvement Project, and/or Town Center Slum & Blight Inventory Update. Additional projects may be discussed and may be included in the grant application. All persons and organizations with questions or comments regarding the grant application will have an opportunity to be heard.
