Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Sections 650-38 and 650-53, the Webster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Special Permit & Site Plan Approval Application for new construction of a four bay service garage with a small office and signage to be located at 1 Beacon Street (f/k/a 154 Lake Street) (Assessor ID 29_D_1-0), Webster, MA. The application was submitted by Frank Czechowski, Jr, 33 School Street, Webster, MA (Applicant/Owner) and Guerriere & Halnon, Inc, 333 West Central Street Milford, MA (Representative). Said site is located in a Business (B5) and the Lake Watershed Protection (LWP) zoning district.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA. Anyone interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
