Town of Webster Planning Board Public Hearing Notice In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Sections 650-38 and 650-53, the Webster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Special Permit & Site Plan Approval Application for new construction of a four bay service garage with a small office and signage to be located at 1 Beacon Street (f/k/a 154 Lake Street) (Assessor ID 29_D_1-0), Webster, MA.
