Public Hearing Notice
In accordance with the provisions of the Webster Zoning By-Law, Sections 650-38 and 650-53, the Webster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a Special Permit & Site Plan Approval Application for a gasoline service station with a convenience store, and associated signage to be located at 415-431 South Main Street (Assessor ID 1_H_5_0) and 443 South Main Street (Assessor ID 1_H_7_0). The application was submitted by 786 Webster Realty Trust, 431 South Main Street, Webster, MA (Applicant) and Ghassan Nayfeh & Rajaa Chamoun, 19 Eagle Drive, Dudley, MA (Owners). Said site is located in a Business (B4) zoning district.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor at the Webster Town Hall, 350 Main Street, Webster, MA. Anyone interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
