Petition of REPM PLEASANT POND, LLC requesting a Special Permit/Finding pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.8, Section 5.1 and Section 6.3 of the Zoning Bylaw that demolition of an existing nonconforming 1.5 story structure and construction of a new 2.5 story structure with less than required front yard and right side yard setbacks, on a lot of which 8,514 square feet are located in Wellesley, in a Single Residence District in which the minimum lot size is 10,000 square feet, in a Water Supply Protection District, at 5 POND TERRACE, shall not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure.
