Town of Winchendon Planning Board PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Winchendon Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00pm to consider the request for Site Plan Approval and a Stormwater Management Permit for property located at 0 School Street Winchendon, MA 01475 identified as Winchendon Assessors Map 1, Parcel 239. Applicant, Allain Sitework LLC seeks to construct three (3) 7,500 sq ft contractors' garages per Section 300-12.2 of the Town of Winchendon Zoning Bylaws and Section 6 of the Stormwater Management Regulations. Said property is located in the C2 Neighborhood Commercial and the R80-Rural Residential Districts. The hearing will be held in the 2nd Floor Auditorium of the Winchendon Town Hall, 109 Front Street. Information is available in the Winchendon Planning and Development Office. All interested persons should plan to attend.
