NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board in the Township of Belleville for minor subdivision approval in order to subdivide the existing lot into three lots and to demolish all existing structures and to construct three new two-family residential dwellings at the subject property commonly known as 54-58 Florence Avenue and otherwise known as Block 1401,Lot 15 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Belleville. The subject property is located in a SLR-Silver Lake Residential Zone and the two-family dwellings proposed are permitted in the zone. In order to subdivide and develop the subject property as proposed the applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval in addition to any and all other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary for approval of this application. This application is listed on the Clerk's calendar, and a public hearing has been set for Thursday December 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Belleville Town Hall, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey, second floor (Court Room), at which time you may appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments, questions, or objections which you may have to the granting of this application. Copies of all documents related to this application are available for public inspection at least 10 days before the hearing in the Office of Planning and Development, 152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, New Jersey during normal business hours.
