TOWNSHIP OF BORDENTOWN NOTICE AND CERTIFICATION OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY This ordinance, the summary term of which is included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, on September 22, 2025. This ordinance will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in the Meeting Room/Courtroom of the Municipal Building located at 1 Municipal Drive.
