NOTICE AND CERTIFICATION OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY
This ordinance, the summary term of which is included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, on November 17, 2025. This ordinance will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 in the Meeting Room/Courtroom of the Municipal Building located at 1 Municipal Drive. Title: ORDINANCE 2025-11 – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01 ESTABLISHING THE 2025 SALARY RANGES FOR CERTAIN OFFICERS, PERMANENT EMPLOYEES AND PROVISIONAL EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BORDENTOWN
Purpose: This ordinance will amend the 2025 Salary Ordinance to create and add the job position of Director of Police.
