HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a public hearing will be conducted at 1 Municipal Drive, Bordentown, NJ, pursuant to the instructions set forth below, before the Township of Bordentown Planning Board (the "Planning Board") in connection with the property located at 6 Charles Bossert Drive, Bordentown, New Jersey, 08505, in the R-8 Zoning District and designated as Block 70, Lot 10 on the official tax map of the Township of Bordentown.
The Applicant, Dianna Maurone, has applied to the Planning Board of the Township of Bordentown for variance relief from §500-503E.2 of the Bordentown Township Land Development Ordinance to allow for a portion of fencing to be a total height of 8 feet in height where a maximum of 6 feet is permitted. The applicant also requests any additional variances, waivers, and/or exceptions reflected in the plans and materials filed which become necessary or apparent during the course of the application process and/or public hearing.
Prior to the commencement of the PUBLIC HEARING, the Planning Board will make a copy of the agenda available to the public for download on the Township Planning Board website at https://www.bordentowntownship.com/o/bordentown/page/pending-planning-board-applications.
The application, plans, and related supporting materials will be available for public inspection at the Township Community Development Office in the Municipal Building located at 1 Municipal Drive, Bordentown, NJ 08505 during regular business hours between 8:00 am and 4:45 pm, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) and 8:00 am to 12 pm (excluding holidays) on Fridays at least ten (10) days before the public hearing. If members of the public wish to offer a public comment, Bordentown Township encourages members of the public to attend the Planning Board meeting in-person. Any member of the public who wishes to submit a public comment at this upcoming Planning Board meeting will be provided the ability to do so during a specific portion of the meeting.
Further take notice that said Planning Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
