PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the MAIN MEETING ROOM at the Township of Cinnaminson Building located at 1621 Riverton Road in Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077 at which time the Township of Cinnaminson Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider Application BOA #SSP-2025-0081 as follows: 1. Name of Applicant is Shawn and Meghan Becker, h/w. 2. Property to which the Application applies is 5B Par Drive Cinnaminson NJ 08077. 3. Property is also known as Lot 6.02 in Block 1201. 4. Property is a pre-existing Lot with an existing dwelling as defined in Township of Cinnaminson and is located in the R-2 Zone. 5. The nature of the Application is for Minor Site for a variance relief from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance 269.14 (g) to permit a fence location along side yard of property beyond front of building line of main dwelling for privacy and safety purposes involving unsafe vacant adjoining lot. 6. The relief sought: Variance from the Township of Cinnaminson Code, 269.14 (g) No fence shall be erected or constructed beyond the front building line of the main house structure. Applicant shall seek such relief. When the case is called, you may appear in person or by an attorney, at which time you may question the Applicant's witnesses and/or present any testimony which you may have concerning the Application.
