Township of Cinnaminson Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, the 4th day of March, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the application can be heard, the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing concerning an application by the undersigned for property located at 5B Par Drive, Block 1201, Lot 6.02, as shown on the Cinnaminson Township Tax Map. The Board previously denied an application of the undersigned for variance relief at its meeting of December 3, 2025. The applicant has requested that the Board reopen the public hearing to consider a revised proposal. As part of the noticed public hearing, the Board will consider whether to reopen the public hearing after receiving testimony and evidence from the applicant and from members of the public. If a majority of the members present and eligible to participate determine that the public hearing should be reopened, the Board will then hear and consider the revised application of the undersigned for bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) to permit a fence beyond the front building line in violation of Section 269-14G of the Code of the Township of Cinnaminson, together with any ancillary bulk variances or waivers that may be deemed necessary by the Board in connection with the fence proposal during the course of review. After the public hearing is closed, the Board will deliberate and take action on the application, either that evening or at a subsequent meeting. This hearing will take place at the Cinnaminson Township Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey, at which time any interested party may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, and present comments, evidence, or testimony. Any interested party will be able to appear and fully participate at the hearing in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, including providing comments and offering exhibits. Please note that the Zoning Board of Adjustment, acting in a quasi-judicial capacity, will not accept or consider written statements, letters, or petitions from people who do not appear at the public hearing and provide sworn testimony subject to cross-examination.
