Township Of Cinnaminson Zoning Board of Adjustment
Please take notice that the undersigned has made application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Cinnaminson for a subdivision of land for the subject property which is located at 22 LeJune Rd., Cinnaminson, NJ and is designated as Block 1706, Lot 7 on the Twp Tax map.
In addition to the approval of the subdivision, the applicant is seeking relief from the requirements of the § 525-33 of the Township Municipal Code which prescribes the restrictions and the regulations for minimum lot size, setbacks and lot width. Specifically, the undersigns seeks variances to allow for the development of a 4800 square foot parcel where 8000 square feet is required to provide a 6 foot setback at the northeastern boundary where 12 feet is required as well as the width of the lot at the building line totaling 40 feet where 80 feet is required together with any and all other variances, waivers, or approvals that may be deemed necessary by the Board or its professionals during the course of review.
A public hearing on this application will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the Cinnaminson Township Municipal Building, 1621 Riverton Rd, Cinnaminson, NJ.
When this application is called for hearing any interested party will have the opportunity to appear and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the provisions of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. Participants may offer testimony, present evidence and otherwise excercise their rights under the law.
Please note that this notice serves as a continuing notice, meaning that if the hearing is postponed or adjourned to another date, no further written notice will be provided. The new hearing date will be announced at the originally scheduled meeting.

Anyone wishing to comment on or present evidence regarding this application must appear in person at the hearing or be represented by an attorney or authorized agent. Please note that the Board cannot accept written statements or petitions in lieu of live testimony.
