Township of Colts Neck Monmouth County New Jersey Notice Please take notice that the undersigned has applealed to the Board of Adjustment of the Townsip of Colts Neck for a variance from the provisions of Section 102-91B5B of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit a new roof over the existing wood deck at the rear of the building. The roof will be 14' in width, 27'8" in length and required the following variance: Section 102-91B5B proposed building coverage of 6.3% were 6% is the maximum permitted on the premises located at 461 Marl Road known as Block 21, Lot 18 on the Tax Map, which is within 200 feet of property owned by you. The appeal is now on the Secretary's Calander and a public hearing has been ordered for Thursday evening March 19, 2026 at 7:00pm prevailing time, in Town Hall, 1 Veterans Way, Colts Neck, New Jersey at which time you may appear in person, by agent or attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granding of this appeal. The applicant reserves the rights to amend this application at the time of the hearing to include any and all other vairances, waivers or other relief which may be deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board of Adjustment.
