TOWNSHIP OF DOWNE COMBINED PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Please take notice that on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm, the Township of Downe Combined Planning Board will hear an application in the name of SolHarvest Energy LLC for the purpose of a non-conforming use of property located at 566-690 Church Street and designated as Block 30, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of Downe Township. The applicant desires to apply for a Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, a Use Variance, and any related variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit the applicant to construct a floating solar array located on the property's sand and gravel pond.
