PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM local time, a Public Hearing will be held before the of the Township of Gloucester, on the application of Stephen Crea and Denise Herker. Applicant is seeking a bulk variance under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) to seek relief from Gloucester Ordinance 500-401E.4 wherein Applicant is seeking the construction of an accessory structure in their front yard. Additionally, Applicant also seeks any other variance and/or waivers as the board may determine are required for the proposed accessory structure.
The subject property is located at 1012 East Evesham Road, Block 3306 Lot 12, to be revised to lot 11 in 2026 on the Tax Map of the Township of Gloucester.
