The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal or application of the undersigned. This application is for a Bulk "C" VARIANCE(s) On premise Block: 9906, Lot: 20, on the Gloucester Township Tax Map, located in the OR Zone, address is 1183 Chews Landing Rd. Current Use: Single Family Home Proposed Use: A proposed 1,200 sq.-ft oversized rear yard shed exceeds the allowable 168 sq.-ft Also, survey submitted shows two non-permitted sheds, (1) at approximately 140 sq.-ft. and (1) at 96 sq.-ft., which will be removed.
