TOWNSHIP OF HADDON PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of October, 2025 at 7:30 PM, local time, a public hearing will be held before the Township of Haddon Planning/Zoning Board ("Planning Board") at the Haddon Township Municipal Building, 135 Haddon Avenue, 2nd Floor, Haddon Township, New Jersey, Camden County, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Planning Board will consider the application of Haddon Property Holdings, LLC (the "Applicant") seeking amended preliminary and final major site plan approval as well as 'C' variance relief approval together with all other necessary variances and waivers for 601 Crescent Boulevard, Haddon Township, New Jersey, Block 5.08, Lots 6 and 14 (the "Property").
Applicant is seeking amended preliminary and final major site plan approval to develop a one-story, 2,500 square foot cannabis retail development with associated parking areas and landscaping. The Property currently holds a vacant restaurant with associated improvements.
Applicant is seeking variance relief for a pre-existing non-conforming condition. Applicant is seeking relief from Section 142-39.A.3(a)—Maximum Parking Coverage (47.6% currently exists with 46.9% proposed whereas 35% is permitted).
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the office of the Township Clerk in the Municipal Building located at 135 Haddon Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey.
All interested parties shall be provided with the opportunity to be heard at the public hearing of the Planning Board on October 2nd, 2025, at 7:30 PM and shall be entitled to testify before the Board and/or question the Applicant. The Planning Board may continue the application and you are advised to contact the Secretary of the Planning Board at the Municipal Building in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
