TOWNSHIP OF LAKEWOOD PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Lakewood will hold a public meeting on January 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to formally adopt the Resolution of Appointments for 2026 Board professionals and re-adopt the 2026 Planning Board Calendar and address any other business that may come before the Board. The agenda, to the extent known, will include the following: Roll Call and Swearing In of Professionals, the memorialization of the Resolution of Appointments for 2026 Board Professionals; the re-adoption of the 2026 Planning Board Calendar of Public Hearing Dates; SD 2619 Eta Kaufman, SD 2639 Sheraton Estates, SD 2643 Spruce WL 25 LLC, SP 2621 Eighty-Eight Group LLC, SP 2616 Bais Kaila, and public hearings regarding the following applications: SD 2645 Miz Construction (Minor Subdivision), SD 2644 Rachel Arem (Minor Subdivision), SP 2619 DeAnna Pistola (Minor Site Plan), and SD 3642 Prospect Development Group LLC (Prelim and final major subdivision), public comment, approval of bills and January 6, 2026 meeting minutes, and adjournment. The Planning Board Meeting will be held at 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey, 08701 and shall commence at 6:00 P.M. Participation by the public is permitted at all meetings of the Lakewood Township Planning Board but shall be at such time or times as set forth in the agenda of the meeting or at the direction of the presiding officer.
