Township of Lakewood Public Notice 11/3/2025 Dear Sir/Madam, Please take notice that on November 18th, 2025, in the Lakewood Municipal Building at 231 Third Street Lakewood, New Jersey, the Township of Lakewood Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the application submitted by EYB LLC, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. The location of the premises in question is located in the R-12 zone, Block 218 Lot(s) 6,8,9 also known as 615 E7th St. in Lakewood, NJ. The applicant seeks minor subdivision approval to create two (2) new single-family residential lots. The two (2) new tracts are designated as proposed Lots 9.01 and 9.02 according to the Minor Subdivision Plan. The proposed lots are indicated to be single-family residential parcels. Variances requested are as follows: Lot width variance is requested 62.50ft is proposed where 90ft is required The applicant also seeks all other variances and/or waivers that may be requested, existing or are proposed.
