ORDINANCE 2025-12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, NEW JERSEY AMENDING CHAPTER 205 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" SECTION 113 "REQUIREMENTS FOR CANNABIS RETAILERS"
Ordinance 2025-12 was approved for final passage after a public hearing at the regular meeting held on September 18, 2025, at the Municipal Complex, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, New Jersey at 6:30 pm at which time any persons desiring to be heard upon the same was given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the ordinance are on the Township website at: www.mapleshade.com and on file in the Township Clerk's office and are available weekdays between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
