PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Township of North Bergen Zoning Board at Municipal Council Chambers, Ground Floor, at 4233 Kennedy Boulevard, North Bergen, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for site plan and variance relief to add an outdoor dining deck attached to the main floor of an existing restaurant, as well as to convert a portion of the basement into a cigar lounge. The property is located at 901 – 933 Kennedy Boulevard, aka Block 20, Lots 81, 85, 92 and 93; and Block 16, Lot 100. The applicant seeks preliminary site plan approval and final site plan approval, along with bulk "c" variances as to minimum front yard, minimum rear yards, maximum lot coverage, and off-street parking, as well as any other relief, exceptions, waivers, permits, and/or approval that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board. The subject property is located in the C-1A General Business Limited Mixed-Use Zone.
All documents pertaining to this application are on file at the Office of the North Bergen Clerck's office at the Municipal Building and may be inspected during normal business hours, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Township of North Bergen Board of Adjustment.
