TOWNSHIP OF NUTLEY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of September 2025, at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment and Members of the Public to appeal the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief to construct a new six (6') foot solid type fence at the rear line where the adjacent property owner from Lot 27 will not sign consent for the construction on the premises located at 369 Chestnut Street and designated as Block/Lot: 5701/7 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map. Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, to object to the granting of an application.
