ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of June 2026, at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment and Members of the Public, at the Municipal Court located at 228 Chestnut Street, 2nd Floor, Nutley, NJ, to appeal the application of the undersigned for a variance to increase the driveway in front of the main dwelling, which will reduce the front yard coverage to 37% on the premises located at 150 Coeyman Avenue and designated as Block/Lot: 5001/8 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map.
Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, to object to the granting of an application. Documents and plans regarding the applications can be inspected at the Building Department, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ during regular business hours any day prior to the hearing date.
