Township of Ocean County of Ocean Notice of Decision Please take notice that on January 5, 2026, after a duly noticed public hearing, the Ocean Township Planning Board voted to approve the application of Mr. Anthony Mercuro and Mrs. Constance Mercuro for minor subdivision to create three (3) lots from the existing parcel located at Block 54, Lot 19.01, 41 Walker Lane, Ocean Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. Said Resolution was memorialized on February 5, 2026. In connection with the subdivision approval, the Board granted a variance for minimum lot depth to permit 328.89 feet where 350 feet is required for one proposed lot, based on the unique lot shape constituting a hardship. No other bulk variances or waivers were required or granted. The Resolution and all related documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Ocean Township Land Use Board, 50 Railroad Avenue, Ocean Township, NJ 08758, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (except legal holidays). This notice is published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i). Any action in lieu of prerogative writs to challenge this decision must be commenced within forty-five (45) days after the date of first publication of this notice, in accordance with Rule 4:69-6 of the New Jersey Court Rules.
