TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 18, 2025, the Planning Board of the Township of Parsippany- Troy Hills held a public hearing on an application filed by Parsippany DHC, LLC ("the Applicant") who sought Preliminary and Final Minor Site Plan approval with bulk variance relief to operate a Dave's Hot Chicken restaurant in the existing shopping center and to install a walk-in cooler and oil storage system at the rear of the tenant space, with respect to a portion of the property located at 1123 U.S. Highway 46 in the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills and also identified as Block 729, Lot 7 of the official Tax Map of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, which is located in the B-1 (Business) zone district (the "Property"). The Resolution for approval was adopted on September 22, 2025 at the Regular Meeting of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board.
