TOWNSHIP OF RANDOLPH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In compliance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, the General Ordinances of the Township of Randolph and the Rules and Regulations of the Township of Randolph Board of Adjustment:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 26th day of March 2026, at 7:30 PM, a hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, located at 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard as to a Site Plan Amendment Application submitted by Heritage of Roxbury, LLC with regard to premises located as 1575-1579 Sussex Turnpike, better known as Block 3 Lots 3, 4 & 5 on the Randolph Township Tax Map.
Applicant is seeking an amendment to a July 24, 2025 Resolution memorializing the granting of preliminary and final site plan approval, variance approval and design waiver relief relating to property located at 1575-1579 Sussex Turnpike Block 3 Lots 3, 4 & 5.
Applicant is seeking an amendment to the design of the building.
At this point in time there are no variances being sought.
At the time of the filing, the Applicant identified no further relief that may be required under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c). However, the Applicant reserves the right to supplement this application and/or seek at the time of hearing such other approvals, interpretations, variances, exceptions, and/or waivers as may be requested or required by the applicant or the Board.
A copy of said application and documents are on file and available to the public at the Municipal Building at the office of the Board Secretary.
Any interested parties may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board of Adjustment.
