LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undesigned is applying for and seeks approval for a preliminary and final minor site plan, as well as any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals and licenses that are deemed necessary by the Planning Board of the Township of Randolph, for the property known and referenced to as Block 77 Lot 32, located at 100 Center Grove Road, Randolph, New Jersey ("the Property"). The applicant is proposing improvements to this existing site by adding 41 additional new striped parking spaces and signage along the western side of the property parallel to existing roads on site. The Property is located in the R-4 zone.
A public hearing before the Planning Board has been scheduled for Monday, January 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, New Jersey 07869. At the time of the hearing, or any adjourned date thereafter, you may appear in person or by attorney to present any comments you may have regarding this application. The application, maps, and related information are available for inspection at the Municipal Building, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
