TOWNSHIP OF ROCHELLE PARK BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES FOR MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT AND MASTER PLAN ELEMENTS ISSUE DATE: Friday, March 6, 2026 SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Rochelle Park, Bergen County, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals for Professional Planning Services for preparation of a Master Plan Reexamination Report, Land Use Plan Element (including a Climate Change–Related Hazard Vulnerability Assessment), Green Building and Environmental Sustainability Element, Community Facilities Element, and associated Development Ordinance Review. Proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the Township Clerk, Township of Rochelle Park, 151 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, New Jersey 07662, no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., at which time proposals will be publicly opened and announced. Proposal forms furnished in the Request for Proposals (RFP) are to be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked as a REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES, MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT AND MASTER PLAN ELEMENTS. Emailed and faxed proposals will not be accepted. The Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Office of the Township Clerk during regular business hours or from the Township website at https://rochelleparknj.gov/. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals. Respondents are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), P.L. 2004, c.57 (Business Registration), and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. (Pay-to-Play, Fair and Open Process). The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and to award a contract in the best interest of the Township.
