ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that on Monday June 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. a hearing will be held before the Township of Roxbury Zoning Board of Adjustment located in the Council Chambers of the Township of Roxbury Municipal Building, 1715 Route 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey 07852 on the application of the undersigned attorney for Thomas Szigeti who has filed an application with the Township of Roxbury Zoning Board of Adjustment and seeks the following relief from the Board as it concerns real property commonly known as 94 Pleasant Hill Road, Succasunna, New Jersey 07876 and also known as Lot 29 in Block 401 as shown on the Township of Roxbury Tax Map and based upon a "Denial of Application" issued by the Roxbury Township Zoning Officer as follows:
Zoning permit for 94 Pleasant Hill Rd. also known as Block 401 Lot 29 is denied based upon: § 13-8.700. Off-Street Parking – General. [Ord. No. 01-09 § 1, 2; Ord. No. 18-09 § 2, 3] E. No residential building permit (excluding multi-family) shall be granted for the erection of a new dwelling nor a Certificate of Occupancy issued unless the construction includes a garage for at least one (1) but not more than three (3) motor vehicles.
The Applicant seeks variance(s) from the Ordinance(s) referred to above, together with any and all additional variances, waivers or other relief deemed necessary by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, its professionals or the Applicant at the time of hearing to permit the construction of a detached three (3) car garage upon the subject property for the purposes of storing private motor vehicles within.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the Rules of the Township of Roxbury Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The application and supporting documents will be on file in the Zoning Board of Adjustment Clerk's Office located at the Township of Roxbury Municipal Building, 1715 Route 46, Ledgewood, New Jersey 07852 ten (10) days prior to the hearing, and will be available for inspection during regular hours.
