TOWNSHIP OF VOORHEES PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that From the Hip Investments, LLC (the "Applicant") submitted an application (the "Application") to the Township of Voorhees Planning Board (the "Planning Board") for minor subdivision approval for the property identified on the Tax Map of the Township of Voorhees as Block 7, Lot 3 and commonly known as 128 Lotus Avenue, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043 (the "Property" or "Subject Property"). The Property is presently located in the Medium Density Residential Zone ("MDR-R100 Zone") within the Township of Voorhees (the "Township").
The Applicant, From the Hip Investments, LLC is seeking minor subdivision approval to create two (2) 15,000 square foot lots with the intention of building a two thousand (2,000) square foot residential dwelling on each of the proposed lots 3.01 and 3.02. The Applicant may request any and all other variances as may be required by the Township of Voorhees Planning Board and/or its professional consultants for any other site conditions.
The Applicant proposes the requested relief will enable the Property to be put to productive use and to be improved and utilized in a manner compatible with and complementary to the surrounding area. Additional testimony in support of the requested relief will be provided at the hearing.
The Applicant reserves the right to request any and all variances, waivers, and/or other relief that may be required after review of the Application by the Planning Board and its professional staff, or that otherwise may be necessary. This is a continuing Notice and the Application may be postponed or adjourned to another meeting of said Planning Board without any further notice being required.
A public hearing of this Application (the "Public Hearing" or "Hearing") will be held before the Township of Voorhees Planning Board on May 27, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. (preceded by a caucus at 7:00 P.M.) The Planning Board's public meetings will be held in the Township of Voorhees Municipal Building located at 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey.
At the time of the Public Hearing, anyone may appear individually or by attorney, and present any objection which they may have to granting this Application. The Application, any maps, and/or documents for which approval is sought are available for examination in the Planning Board Secretary's Office during normal business hours.
